Seattle Short Circuit Challenge

Ok ppl.  Here is the next challenge.  You look like some fast ppl, so here we go.  
This will be divided into two groups.  Hybrid and regular cars.  
Any car you want with any mods you prefer.  No limits except to keep it real with hybrid or regular type cars.  
No lap minumum, best time and speed for each division.  
No time limit to post times.  

Here is the first to time to beat by my room mates son, Ill call him Happenchance.  
He used the Escudo (figures, was my choice) and had a best time of 44.799 seconds at 197.21 miles per hour.  
I run a 47.286 time and a speed of 194.15.  This was done with the Altezza LM edition at 590 HP.  Not bad for half the hp.  BTW, the car is regular, not hybrid.  
Thats the times so far, good luck everyone and lets see some times.

Sorry Misnblu, I posted a challenge using the same track but just a selected car. I did the same standard race as you. Didnt relize you had a challenge like it, didnt mean to infringe on you challenge.

No prob.  I like the idea of all out.   Ill check out your challenge too.  Its still open ppl.  Just checked that multiple challenges have been posted.  
Jordan, this should go down as the fastest set of challenges your site has witnessed at once.
