Secondhand console

I bought a PS3 from a friend and have been pulling my hair out for weeks now trying to figure out how to REMOVE his profile from the PS3 store in connection with MY console. Every time I try to sign in to do anything it asks for HIS passwords to get onto HIS profile. Is there a way to remove his IP address from this console?

Just tell him to change it after.

Are people scared of Google search recording their information or something?

Delete that User account, create a new user account, enter your PSN info in that account. Game on.

Create a new user and erase his profile/user.
