To add to what they said, you may not be doing well because of your vehicle, angle of drift, or position on the track where you drift. It has become blatantly evident that the closer to the inside you can get the better. Pay attention to the Apex and make sure you counter steer before entering your drift to get the best possible angle. Use a car with a good amount of horsepower too, it makes life easier when it comes to correcting your mistakes mid-drift. (just make sure not to floor it the whole time if in a FR or you will spin the higher horsepower cars.) hope this helped some. One last thing, as far as sectors are concerned, the best was to see how it's done is watch the leader on the leader board and see how he does it.
