...I started a 10 year thread. No cool GTPlanet-centric picture this time, though.

So what has happened in the last five years?
  • A handful of average quality posts. Mostly well below average.
  • I've had two dogs die and have two new dogs.
  • The FIAT was purchased.
  • And sold.
  • Met @Northstar for a burger.
  • Flown to Hawaii and back five times and haven't died yet.
  • I kind of acquired another kid.
  • Both kids joined GTPlanet. Then proceeded to try to get me banned.
  • My oldest is learning how to drive.
  • The patio is now usable.
  • I started smoking.
Five years ago I didn't think the "here's to another 10 years" comments would really happen but it certainly is within sight now.

Fifteen years on one fantastic site. Thank you, everyone, for making this place awesome.

...I just typed out a long rant about the hypocrisy of telling your dad to quit smoking or not see his grandson and then I realised you were talking about meat.

Yes, meat. Not that I need the motivation to never smoke, even considering it would lead to my wife in jail for my murder.

I too truly believe this to be the best forum on the planet....:gtplanet: Such a diverse group of people, we got a little bit of everything without going into the extremes...

I cannot see myself being on any other forums :cheers: ...at least not to the same extent that I am here....
