According to IGN SEGA are teasing a new game.
A poster/picture can be found on their website.
It illustrates what looks to be grass with a water droplet hitting it,and a date:3/28 and platforms including:PS3 and PS Vita.

What could it be?
My guess with the grass and water is Virtua tennis 5.
Maybe weather conditions come into play.

H20 - The real water simulator.

Let's be honest, Sega's glory days are over. Whatever it is - it's not gonna do much for me. Most likely, at least.

Water dropping on grass? Maybe it's teasing Sonic Gardening.

If it's grass then maybe it's game about Golf.

Shame it's not Sega Rally we all would be happy i think.

It looks more like sand or some type of dust/powder.

It just doesn't look like a proper water droplet to be water.

Looks to me like grass or rain with some sort of cloud or rock with bubbles coming out of it, kind of like the bubbles in the underwater sections of Sonic The Hedgehog games that sometimes emitted big bubbles for Sonic to breathe so he wouldn't become dead.

Definitely seems to be underwater, look at the speed of whatever is falling onto the pile and there are the bubbles too.

No idea what it'd be though.

Weird...not sure they would build up this kind of suspense for a new Virtua Tennis (the grass looks a little too long anyway) or a golf game. I'm hoping it's something very "new", or some sort of justified reboot. Space Harrier would be nice, but I'm dreaming and it doesn't fit :)

Is that the Earth being built up from whatever is falling? It certainly looks like a planet...but why underwater...aaargh!

A sphere just makes me think of the swirling spheres on the title screen from After Burner II.

After Burner Climax II?

Sega Soccer :D The return of an arcade soccer game Virtua Striker ?, why not :O I hope they add bonus game : Sega Soccer Slam from PS2, good fun it was.

It's not underwater. There is no water.
Still not convinced - do you have any confirmation that it isn't?

The colour shift is consistent with deeper underwater visuals, where the reds do not show. Also those 'bubbles' do not fit with any other scenario I can think of, as things rarely fall up, at least not whilst other things are falling down.

Confirmation of it being Soccer above.

Very excited to be honest. SEGA should be able to make a good arcade footie game. :D

Forgot about this, checked the new trailer. It doesnt look too inspiring, but we could be pleasantly surprised.
