I was wondering if there would be interest in a Semi-pro level series. What I mean by that is a series for racers who enjoy a clean, competitive race but without the stresses and requirements for a full Pro series.
So without further ado, he's my initial plan for a cross over series for series with a flavour of real WEC racing but making it fair. So each round would contain 2 races of equal length at the same track, but the driver's will swap over classes for the other race. The split will be 50/50 for each class.
The Classes will be:
- Modern LMP cars at 700pp
- Modern GT cars at 620pp
The points system would be separate for each class each race and the points would be added together to form a score for that round. The winner is the driver with the most points. There will be 2 spaces for each car in both classes so we don't end up with only one car in each category.
How does that sound? It is in its first rules phase but it would be great to have some people on board
