You used to be able to set custom profile pictures for PSN on the Playstation App a few years ago, you can probably still do it. I don't see why not. You'd just have to find a high quality version of one of the 25th anniversary edition avatars and use the image file through there. That could be a way to get one of those profile pictures without needing to go out and buy the 25th anniversary edition.
