Series Idea

Just had an idea for a race series.

It would be extremely short, like three races.
However, these three races would be on three consecutive days.
So there would be 1 series per WEEK.

Scheduling would be based for US players.
Probably at 9:00 EST on most likely Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday.

We would make all cars the same, so a single make race with guidelines for what mods you can use.

There would not be a limit on the driving aids you can use.

We can also do team racing for teams of 2, but only if you guys want.


So, who would do this?

Yeah, my three liter series took a while to get going. Be patient and I would suggest putting up more details, as people will be more likely to join if there is detailed information. Also change your title, I'm sure there are several threads with the same title.

A more detailed title will go a long way to enticing people to read further. At least mention some details about what kind of cars and tires you're thinking of running. A lot of people run only race or street cars, or only race or street tires.

It's an interesting concept; sometimes people lose interest as the weeks go by in a weekly series.
 
Well, now it's been 24 hours and nobody has even asked a question.
If nobody wants to do this...
I'll give it 24 more hours.
But if nobody responds after that, I'm done.

OK, so that's one.
Add another 24 hours on the clock.
 
So that's two, if I can get one more person, I'll start posting more details.
I will most likely make a social group.

For those that were wondering, it would most likely be road cars.
Probably higher end ones.

Ferrari Enzo would be the very most expensive.
 
You know, this is the 2nd series I've seen from you that is pretty darn light on details.

Please do your homework first, throw up a list of cars, stats, tracks, and generally flesh out your idea before gauging interest, or you're likely to get very little.
 
OK, if you guys really don't like the way I'm doing things, try to be a little bit more considerate on how you tell me.

If you really need to know why I'm not putting up many details, it's because I was going to let the rest of the group decide.

What more details do you need?

I gave what the cars would be, if you need me to be even MORE specific, it would be sports cars, like Merc SLS, Audi R8, Ferrari F430, stuff like that, the most expensive car you would have to buy would be an Enzo or McLaren F1.

Tracks would be mainly real life ones.
 
Races would not last more than an hour.

100 mile races at the most.

None would be too short either.
Expect races to be twenty to sixty minutes long.
