Serious car trouble today...please help!

Last weekend I borrowed my dads ps3 and his copy of GT5 i played OFFLINE and not signed in all weekend. I made a lot of progress and collected a few cars. This weekend I decided to go ahead and go online so installed all the updates and the full game data as well. I am signed in under his account( i don't have one) . everything seems fine except my garage. All the cars have the stupid "yellow exclamation point" tag and when i select one the game displays "car is not installed. please install it again" all of my cars are like this. None of these are DLC. just plain old standard and premiums included with the game. I am a PC gamer, but i will be getting my own ps3 and Gt6 when its released. i am just trying to get warmed up again, but i made so much progress would like to fix this if possible.
 
Have you installed the game data? If not, I would advise you to try 👍.
 
yes i did, at first i wasn't going to, but after this i went ahead and did that as well. I have restarted ps3 and gt5 a couple of times.
 
You can try going to the Store and download the Family Upgrade, for GT5, (it's free), as it might help. I had some issues with my cars, just offline.


If it doesn't help, you might have to delete the game data, and reinstall it :boggled:.

Remember to back up the savegame, by the way... Just in case something happens.

I have been dealing with this all day. All week i was look forward to prgressing further, Now i am just starting all over again with my own account.

Did you start the game before the PSN account was actually created?
