Server and GT5 site down!?

Just tried to play online and I get a message that the server is undergoing maintenance. That sis a bummer. So I try to go learn more about it and go to gran-tourismo.com and THAT site is down. WTF? Anyone know about this? I probably missed a notice somewhere.

Do you read those nifty little messages in the top right corner of the home page in GT5?
It's been known for over a week now that the PD network was to be down EST between 2200 and 2300 for the release of 2.03.
 
Update my friend. Update...

Server Maintenance was advised by the game itself and gran-turismo.com website.

2.03 update coming in about 1 hour.
 
Maintenance just began 18 minutes ago. It'll be done in 32 minutes. 16:00 GMT 0 it will end.

Some think so. But no, PlayStation Store updates on Tuesday, other words, tomorrow.
 
Ah yes update. I'm a dad with a job and a busy life so I don't usually follow the latest info. However I should have done a more thorough search. Now I see it.. Thx for those who pointed it out so politely. Any time table? I'm sure it says somewhere in some post I missed but if you know and simple answer would be appreciated.

According to PD it should be over somewhere around 11:00 pm EST.
From there it'll be a required update. Not sure what the size is going to be, but based on the new items, shouldn't be too big. 👍

Usually that times seems to be off by about a half hour though.


Does anybody know what time the DLC is supposed to go live? What time does Sony update the PSN?

Generally around 6:00 EST on Tuesdays.

I've just started downloading the patch; takes me ~10 minutes until completion.

Sorry, PM. DLC should be available then.
The new cars can be viewed in the NCD though!
