Sorry if someone has already posted this but couldn't see a thread anywhere else...

Just checked my profile and a new news post from Poly.

Maintenance Notice

The online service of Gran Turismo 5 will undergo maintenance during the following hours:

Start: 25/02/2011 03:00 (GMT)
Finish: 25/02/2011 04:00 (GMT)

During the maintenance, it will not be possible to connect to any of the online services.

*Please note that the exact times of the maintenance may slightly vary.

lets hope they are sorting some of those 1.06 niggles...

EDIT: Sorry forgot to mention that I am from the UK.

I wonder if there will be a new patch to correct additional minor issues arisen with v.1.06?
For example PP not updating in real time when switching tires.

server maintenance implies they are doing stuff on their end and not affecting our client machines so i doubt it will involve anything that fixes the issues with 1.06 but here's hoping.

I'm pretty sure it always says server maintenance even when it's for updates so not out of the question things might be different after 4am. I'm not expecting anything major though.

I think it has already been fixed - but I haven't tested it. I noticed last night that the "saving data" text came up on the screen as I was collecting remote race earnings. I never saw that before, but i still manually saved afterwards to be safe.

Hopefully they will uodate the OCD and seasonal events at same time.

And i agree with the above the save for the drivers needs fixing asap,

Probably preparing to load new Seasonal events, he said; while knocking on wood with fingers crossed over my lucky rabbit's foot :) :scared:
