Setting up an LSD for Posi-Traction/Trac-Lok

I'm definitely no stranger to tuning in GT5, in fact I'm very good at it, but I forgot how to do this. Basically I make replicas of cars and I want to mimic GM's posi rear, Ford's trac-lok rear etc. I know it's possible but I forgot how to do it as it's been a while. Any help?
