Setup A, B & C

Upon playing online in a lobby and also in the game mode in A-Spec i see 3 different tuning settings respectively called A,B,C once you go into your car and try to adjust it.
Can anyone explain me if you can put 3 different settings/tunes for each car and how to do it by saving it or in any other way?
I'm sorry for the moronic question but i can't simply figure it out yet.

The ABC set up sheets allow you to have 3x set ups ready to use, saves losing a set up going from a fast track with slicks to a twisty track with bumps and comfort tires.

^^^ What he said. I should also note here that there is currently a glitch with these settings. I use these extensively for Daytona and Indy racing in both the Nascars and FGT's. For both cars the aero settings need to be different, yet when switching from setup to setup, the aeros don't change back to where I had originally set them. Just keep this in mind when changing from A to B to C and back again. Hopefully PD will put out a patch for this soon, along with the one to fix the Start/Start button mash needed at the beginning of Daytona or Indy races online.
