Setup for "True Drift"

So ive been playing a little bit, getting the hang of what i should do if i want car to grip better or be loose and drifty. Now i want to know what would be the setup that would utilize "True Drifting" to its full?

I figure it has to be mostly grip but something gotta let the car slide into the corner faster then normal grip type cornering, something like those quick Initial D drifts i saw people like Keichi Tsuchiya perform in real life and make faster laps then with grip approach. I need advice on suspension setting. Appreciate.
