Several tuning regulation questions

I'd like to know what can be done to a car if tuning is restricted in an online lobby.

Q. Can you alter downforce settings?
A. No.

Q. What about if a car comes with other adjustable parts, can they be adjusted?
A. No, except for the brake balance controller.

Q. Can a car that has done engine builds, lightening, or chassis mod ever be used in a tuning restricted lobby?
A. No.

Q. What about tires?
A. Any tires are allowed.

Q. Can I do a car wash or change the oils?
A. Yes.

Q. What about wheels, paint, or aero modifications?
A. Dunno!

Q. Are you allowed to downgrade a car that comes with a turbo kit, and still use it if tuning is restricted?
A. Dunno!

Q. Are you able to use the power limiter?
A. Yes.

Q. Are you able to use ballast?
A. Dunno!

Altering of settings is not.
Car should be stock.

Don´t know with Wheels and/or Paints.

If a car comes as standard with a sport exhaust (eg Delorean) it can be used in tuning resticted races. I also can use my Civic and FIT race cars too

Many cars come with adjustable parts. And adjustable aero. Are we allowed to adjust the stock parts' settings and race in a tuning restricted race?

If the Vehicle tuning is prohibited in a lobby , you can change the settings but you´re not allowed to take part in the race.
You can only change to the tyres given by the host.

So all the original parts must be put to their default settings? Does this include downforce?

Yes and Yes :)

Edit:

I checked some things.

The Power Limiter can be used / is allowed but I don´t know how far ( set my power a few points down and the game let me in )
Also you can change the Brake Bias (Is allowed too)

Also checked the Downforce ( isn´t allowed )

If you want to set your car to default then select a tuning sheet with no modification to the car.

I believe different rims are allowed too. Worked tonight on one of the Alfa's anyway...
