These are the pictures i took of the Southern Festival of Speed Dunedin street race on Sunday 25th February 2007. This street race is the third oldest in the world after Monaco & Macau, all in a city of just 120,000 people...

I managed to get the Porsches, Lambo replica, Ferraris and the SSE (Southern Skyline Enthusiasts - www.southernskylines.com) cars to enter the event, so if it wasn't for me there wouldn't have been as much to look at!

Buick something, slowest car racing at the event and usually got lapped on the second or third lap!

Also a few other crashes, a Mini got rear ended, few cars bumped into each other, open wheeler crashed just before the hairpin near Carisbrook and so on. This may be predominantly a classic car event, but they still race.
