Welcome to SGTC (Super Group Touring Cars).
-Hall of Fame to be created after S1-
SGTC is an event involving upto 16 drivers. It is weekly on Saturdays at a 6pm for practice & 7pm for races, In Mrbrendon999 lobby. Once you have signed up please add me (Mrbrendon999) on PSN.
How to sign up:
1)Read all the information on this post.
2)Choose a car.
3)Reply to thread stating your; PSN name, your chosen car, your team name, your car and wheel colour and your date and time by GMT if possible.
Rules and regulations:
*No bad language on thread or in lobby, that includes insults. Any problems report it to stewards.
*Obey the car regulations.
*Atleast 2 wheels on track at ALL times.
*No body contact between cars.
*When defending you can only move across the track ONCE.
*Cars must use rear wing, No other aero parts or flat floors are allowed.
*You must pit atleast once during main race.
*Sports soft tyres MUST be used.
*All driving aids except driving line and abs are prohibited.
Penalty system:
*Bad language 1 Penalty point.
*Continuously cutting corners 2 penalty points.
*causing an accident 3 penalty points.
*causing a major accident 6 penalty points.
*not obeying regulations is time penalty.
*accumulate 12 penalty points and you are banned from a race, 24 penalty points you are banned from rejoining ever.
Time Penalty System:
Not pitting in main race - 60s penalty
Running Aero or Flat floor (excluding Spoilers) - 30s - 60s Penalty
Consistently Cutting Corners - 5s - 60s penalty
Using run offs beyond given Limits - 5s-60s penalty
Wall Rubbing - 5s - 60s penalty
using Incorrect tyres - Disqualification
How the races work:
On the nights there will be a optional 1 hour practice. After this practice there will be a 15minute qualifying, followed by a short 15 minute sprint race. After that there will be a reverse grid 30 minute (subject to change) race.
Tyre degradation will be on normal at the moment (subject to Change).
Points system:
1st-30 points, 2nd 25 points, 3rd 22points, 4th 20points, 5th 18points, 6th 16points, 7th 14points, 8th 12points, 9th 10points, 10th 8points, 11th 6points, 12th 4points, 13th 3points, 14th 2points, 15th 1point, 16th 0 points.
1point for pole in qually, 1 point for fastest lap in either race.
Your 1 lowest score of the series will be dropped.
