Shaking Cones

I noticed during the 3rd Week OLR here at GTP, while I was mucking around (I got pissed off and turned the TCS off and was doing burnouts and stuff) that if you hit the cones, then drive right up to them and use the inside view to take a look, you see them shake. All of them. Anybody noticed this?
 
Yeah i think i've noticed it before. But only after i've hit them.

The brake markers do the same thing too. :)
