"Share With Friends"

If I want my online friends to look at my cars, do I just set each car as "Share With Friends - On"?

When I try this it gives a warning saying
"Are you sure you want to share this with friends by setting it to online status"

Im worried that if I do this they can either take the car or race with it??
 
Your friends can only view the car, they cannot take it or use it for races.
 
see this would be a better option to allow ur friends to drive cars you share etc then u wudnt have to use the 1 gift car option, im gifting to a mate then he gifts back once he is finished with the car, so its not really a 'gift'

Sorry to be a pain, how does my friend then view them after I set them to online share?
 
He clicks the community tab, selects your name and then click profile.

The cars will then show for your friend.
