sharing of race replays not possible?

Yesterday I tried to share a race replay of the Nürburgring 24h Daily Race.
I tried several times also with other replays but got everytime the message 'there was a problem communicating with the server' nevertheless sharing of race pictures is working.
Tried also today and it seems with the current patch it's no more possible to share race replays.
 
seems hit and miss... some sometimes it will upload, most times, not.
