sharkport problem

recently my ps2 just died and i got a new one but the problem is now my shrkport 2 will not work on this new ps2 and i haven't got no response from the gameshark network any help at all would be appreciated ty --D--

give a break, we arent always on 24/7 (though i do get about 17 in)
Clean the disc really well. Re-install the stuff on your computer, and cheack all of the connections and lines for problems. If nothing else your shark port may have died with you ps2

See if this is any help. Apparently the new PS2 requires a new sharkport disc for it to work.
