If your looking for a level 24 ticket make a thread saying "wanted: level 24 ticket."
Secondly that shelby is a prize car and generally prize cars aren't highly sought after because all people have to do is that race and they have it, especially lower level race prize cars. Usually for level 24 people will look for other tickets like bday, muscle car, rally car or level 21. they may also trade for other rarer cars or unpaintable ones (do a search on these).
