There is Starlight, but I clicked on your link and these cars don't look the same - the Laraki looks interesting and the Shelby Cobra Prototype looks - well, I'd rather not say for fear of offending someone!

I drove living crap out of it in Test Drive Unlimited. One of THE fastest car in that game.
 
Watched it in triple XXX movie last night was awesome, favourite part of movie was this beast vs the bullet train
