shelby cobra concept!

i searched and i didnt find any threads on the new shelby concept so im gunna start one...

i love the new shelby cobra concept it looks so mean


i didnt like the colour scheme so i did a quick photochop and changed the colour...

what do you think about the new concept?

It looks alright. But if you look you can make out a sad face on the front. Wasn't it presented at the detroit motor show? Theres some news of it on the MSN site.

i tried to match the colour to my model of the original i think the blue should be a bit darker but oh well...i think they should have made the colour on the actual concept blue and white instead of the silver/white...i personally think blue and white looks a lot better

I'm not into old classic car but i like the redesigned.... they need to protect a radiator with something that.. a big rock on da high way will put a hole through that sucker

It's just not a classic design. It looks very flash-in-the-pan. This design will not last 40 years.

Now I see them side by side I see the huge difference. Old style one any day.

I heard they restared production on the original picking up on the serial numbers right where they had left off, but I've not seen proof of that anywhere. There are lots of kit manufacturers, but that's not the same.

If they'd take the old body style with slight touchups and put it on a new frame with a new engine and modernized interior they could sell them faster than they could make them.

They started reproducing them as kit-sets using original serial numbers. Give me $100,000US and I'd fly over there and get my a RHD one to bring back here.

I'd like to see the bottom edge of the front air intake rounded like the original. Other than that it's good to go. But you're right, it'll be changed before it makes it to production.

The back looks quite good to me, but the lights seem too little.

They should do it like Ford with the F100 PickUp.

You can hardly see if it is the new or the old one but it got very better and modern technique.
