Shelby Cobra glitches

Has anyone else noticed any glitches with the Cobra? The windshield reflection is static(wheel doesn't move), and also is stuck on the original color of the car, not whatever livery is applied.
I also noticed in the replays that the tires have some weird shading/reflections on them.
