I got royally owned by the Spa endurance race!
First try with a works Gallardo, couldn't handle the speed of the thing in total darkness, several try all ended in a big crashes.
Then downgraded to a works 1 series that I won the bathrust endurance in (another tough race btw), being passed left and right on the fast sweepers because I can't judge the turn in point accurate enough and lost a lot of apex speed.
Further downgraded to a 300hp sirocco, have an epic race with the lead car for 15 laps (a cobra daytona!), I am quicker under braking and through eau rouge but he is faster exiting corners, so I am constantly 1.5 sec behind him at the line and try to get into his slipstream on the front straight.... finally passed him on lap 16 but in the heat of the battle I misjudged my braking into bus stop and ran real wide.....not wanting to lose time I cut the run off at some speed and BAM....disqualified for cutting track.
Gonna try again tomorrow, I love this game! 👍
