Shooting in northern va!

hey, so i was sitting in my room and all of a sudden i hear a couple loud bangs, and i'm like its probably nothing, and ignored it. then my mom came in the room. she says there were gun shots across the street and i look out my window and low and behold there are like 7-8 cop cars and a fire truck across the street at the apartments around the corner. I'm like "no way" but then i hear like 6 more gun shots but i couldn't tell who was shooting them. then i see a big cloud of smoke and a thought they shot a car or something. i was kinda shocked. they were there for a good 45 minutes. then they left, and about 10 minutes later another fire truck came to the apartment building. i thought i might as well share something interesting with you guys. feel free to comment.

Anyways, that's bizarre it would be neat to see a follow up for this. (Like an article). I'm curious why their was a gunman in the first place.
 
Next time you hear gunshots across the street, it might be a good idea to hit the deck.

Also, it might not be reported if your city isn't media friendly.
 
I was at a rave a few years ago in Edmonton. The morning after in my hotel room I herd 2 gunshots come from the afterparty (which was only like half a block away). That's the closest I've been to a murder! Wee!
