If you are running out of buttons for the G25 on GT5 then try using your sixaxis as an extra set of buttons the only drawback is that you will have to continually set you controller as controller 1.

But this will allow you to have as many buttons as you need.

Cheers

The only button my G25 does not have is the Playstation (quit Game) button.

I use my PS3 remote for that; every other button is mapped using Driving Force Pro setting (#1 I think).

This is interesting, but I was doing the same thing. Last night I decided to run the rally with the 6-axis controller because the Force Feedback was going to rip off my arm, making the race painful on my wrists and arms. Much to my surprise, even though the 6-axis was set to #1, the G25 wheel was still the default controller for racing.

See if you can have the same kind of setup. That way you don't have switch the controller number back and forth.

I think this can open up a whole new set of doors as far as using e-brake, hooters and flashing lights. Racing menu the list just goes on.

I would like to see what these guys come up with when modifying there racing seats.

Or when you like to mod go for this:
Its called G25 button mod and can be done with a sixaxis, too.

Or go extreme:

You have to do it yourself, look for an user MARC BOLAN here on GTPlanet, he did that mod and it turned out amazing.
It's very easy thing to do, all you need is a controller (3rd party or 6axis/DS3) to mutilate in order to get to the circuit board to which you add your own buttons/switches/dials/whatever you think of.

I had my G25 for 3 years and I never felt short of buttons in any game.

If there were mort things like pitspeed limiter and stuff the cojtroller would be requiree but its just fine by itself
