Right i've had enough of my ugly faded clear indicators (previous owner installed them). Have tried toothpaste (yes  ), brasso (?), Autosol etc on them and they are still sun faded and ugly.

The main lights seem to have been slightly tinted (when comparing them to others) so i'm hoping smoked indicators will be a similar shade (most likely they'll be darker though). Have seen the car with original indicators before they were changed to clear, and it just looks too 'normal', so don't want to go back to them.

But yeah, do ya'll think i should try smoked ones or do you have a magic (cheap) recipe to make the current ones look nice again?

Problem with getting GT-R indicators is that they are a different shape to non GT-R lights. So you would have to get GT-R front guards as well. Changes the whole look of the car then...

Tint them.

I'm not so sure if Rust-Oleum brand is available in your parts, but perhaps something equivalent though ?

Make it R32 and remove the tint on the normal headlights.

There's no tint on your head lights, you have GTR N1 headlights. They have black insides instead of chrome. They look way better than standard headlights in my opinion. You can get darker clear indicators in japan, to match these headlights. Maybe try RHDjapan as that's where I got mine, but that was 6 years ago. My skyline was very similar to yours, same colour too.

Problem is that if i tint them, the indicator flashes may have a harder time getting through the faded lights and the tint too.
