Sick of drift/time trials

Is anyone else sick of the time trials being r390 festival and the drift trials being filled with the cebera speed 12? It takes away the fun of using your own cars that you like and it's almost impossible to be competitive in anything else. Pd should have hp restrictions on drift events and have different restrictions on time trials.
 
I am getting sick of it. PD should get more creative with these challenges. What prevents them from restricting the events to certain cars or setups such as stock? There's not much reason to try climbing the leaderboards if you don't have the Nissan R390 or something similar.
 
PD did awesome the last TT. It was possible to use race cars and racing tires on Nurburgring. To bad some dudes knew how to glitch the track and ruined it.

I do agree with you about that R390 car tho. I have never liked driving it and its always THE CAR quite often. I would like to see some restrictions like "commercial cars without adjustable downforce" or something so its not able to be in the next TT and the next and the next.

I never did the drifts until you started making money for it. What i find weird is there are premium really cool cars that are D1 cars...race cars made for drifting specifically and they arent used in the drift trials. lol
 
The speed 12 is to drift trials what the r390 is to time trials it makes ungodly amounts of power so people dial in tons of rear camber and it'll drift anything super easy
 
They should just provide the car, as is, no tuning.

there should be some rules to enable more cars to be competitive on the same level, yes.
Diversity is a bit missing.
 
RACE SOFTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and one car for all please. project gotham 4 managed a new time trial each day which was excellent . Cant stand using crappy tires and just fighting the car just want to flow .
 
I still like them, I know I can't be top 10 but I can usually get top 100 with a car I choose. spent about 4 hours on the new ones already and probably hundreds of hours on all of them, good value lol

Having non of those cars.., i'm tempted to follow the "1 car" rule.., BUT what if i haven't got that "1 car" Is PD going to provide it ? I'd be glad if they fix the issues this game has first. But a '1car' race sounds nice if i like the car -LOL- And for drifting: I HATE IT, but when you can..(and you do).., enjoy it. Greetings stano666 :)
Ps: RS tyres...???....., nooooooo. Lets agree to disagree and use all tyres, alternating from CH to RS.
mmm could be to much work for PD.......

I wish the time trials were same car/same setup for everyone. But first they need to fix the glitching.

I think 394HP on comfort softs is a little extreme. Comfort tires are mainly for hatchbacks and classics. Sports hard would make more sense at that HP. It's not a big deal though.

If they are using a glitch for their advantage in an online event, then sure. I don't know if they doing anything against them, but it's a try worth. :dopey:👍

Would be funny if everyone starting to report all the time trial glitchers. :)

@OP, yes I am sick of the "basic" (S) car fest as well. 👎:grumpy:

But the problem are not the PP (performance points), the problem is that PD can't balance the cars fairly.
All the "street legal" race cars have a uber amount of downforce (up to 20x more downforce as tuned street cars!), therefore they will every time be the #1 choice for the seasonals & online races (if they are matching the PP limit). :banghead:

Sucks, but that's PD's decision. :dunce:
 
I use the same 80s rice rocket for every drift which is enough to have fun and get the gold. Job done.
Pity there can't be a car specific leader board sydtem
