Sig question

Now I was wondering, the □ in my sig is actually at size=4, so is it considered 2 lines, or is it 1, because it started out so small? Just want to know how much I have to play with, as i just got picked up for having a 'too-big-sig' (my fault, I got carried away)

The size it appears on screen counts as 1 line. Your current sig appears to be 4 lines - text, blank, text, shapes. You have 2 more lines you may add.

It was a joke.

When someone put's a smiley like after a comment it usually is there to indicate that it's meant as a light hearted comment, like a joke. Describing a person as a legend often referres to someone who's done something in the past, hence my comment. Since you can't judge someones attitude in a post, like you can though a voice, a lot of peope use the smiley's to try to imply the mood of their post.

Ah, understood, sorry, as you say, it is hard to convey mood in text, and in my opinion smilies get somewhat overused, so to me they have pretty much lost their meaning.
