Just to get the ball rolling, here's a couple from my little exploration of Ascari.
The kart track looks like it could be really good fun, but unfortunately the ground is not programmed "solid" and will reset you back to the main circuit.
This old cottage ruin was a surprise find, a bit of a shame it's in rather a low resolution as it could make a very interesting photo location.
Just one of the many floating rocks around the outside of the circuit.
