As temperatures drop around the country the chance of snow seems ever more likely, and when there is snow, there is sledging.

So if your kid’s first words were Porsche instead of Mummy or Daddy then this may be the ideal present, the Porsche Kinderbob.

The gravity propelled Porsche is fitted with metal runners to gain that extra speed and a working horn to shift the slower old school wooden sleds out of the way.

Porsche haven’t left out the big kids either, with the Porsche Aluminiumschlitten. This sled’s frame is made completely of aluminium, with high grade steel skids. It also folds up into its own carrying bag so you can easily carry it to your local “Cresta Run”.

If you head to the German version of the Porsche website you can pick the Kinderbob up for €65 (around £47), and the Aluminiumthingy for a cool €250 (£180).

Though there is no news on the options list.

This is getting a bit out-of-hand, why must auto markers market everything on the planet?

But sleds are awesome! You can race these. Obviously Ferrari doesn't know that rocking horses are exceptionally stationary...

I believe this is from Porsche Design Group, which is a branch of the company that does stuff like this. At least it's of their own design and not just a cheap badge making an otherwise meh product more expensive

Beat me to it. They make all kinds of high end stuff.

There I rehosted them, either my computer kicks ass and I can always see pictures or you guys fail .

now that I can actually see them I think they look a little st00pid, not nearly as cool as the original sledge

I think thats quite badass, I can only imagine the possibilities of a Porsche crazy carpet.

I think the Kinderbob is a little much but that old-school sled looks awesome. Too bad it's something that will probably just end up hanging on a wall and not used.

I just noticed that those rear stickers on the Kinderbob are 997 tailights.

I'd buy a Porsche sled for the working horn alone. "HONK-HOOOONK!" "Outta my way, snooty little LL-Bean Boy!!! I gots a PORSCHE!!!"

XD

The alumuminumschlitten would probably be my ride of choice, though: after, if it's good enough for the MTB boys...

I remember walking into a Porsche dealer in London and seeing Porsche-branded Umbrellas... they were like 35 quid too!

Also, i you go into majour car dealers in big cities (London, Berlin, Paris) you're sure to find a pretty large line of clothing and accesories, and sometimes kids' toys with the brand. I got me a Mercedes Benz Motorsport watch when I was in Paris... pretty cool watch, I must say.

At my Mini dealer then have all sorts of Mini crap you can buy right next to the BMW crap. They have this little electric car for kids called a Mini Racer or something like that, if you have a little kid and go to pick up a Mini they typically give you one...and yes if I had a kid they would have one :D.

You bet your sweet ass I am .

I'd call my kid Mohammed too...and I would make him name his Mini Racer the same thing .

That sled is cool, and while out of hand, is not as much as their teddy bears... With pit passes!

The taillights are very strange, and don't belong on such an item shaped very unlike the 997.
