In playing around with my recently acquired FGT I noticed that the tires actually get dirty when you drive in the dirt. It's not too fancy of an effect, but they turn a lighter shade of gray until you drive on the Tarmac again.

Totally useless detail but still neat that it's there.

What other weird little details have you noticed?
 
I'm pretty sure there is a thread about this.

I have noticed the drops of rain on the windshield move the opposite direction when you turn.
