Silverstone loading issues.

Whenever I try to race at Silverstone, my game will take a while to load the track and the in-game music will cut in and out. Once on the track, it suffers major pop-in and rendering issues. I cannot progress through career mode anymore because of this. I'm currently taking on the GT World Championship, which features a race at Silverstone, in which my game freezes all together. Any suggestions? This happened during patch 1.14 and after 1.15.
 
Whenever I run the Red Bull Standard championship, the first race at Silverstone is the only one I can actually hear my PS3 laser going crazy. Every race after that, it doesn't make a sound.
