Sim Rig setup for Russian co-driver

Hey everyone, wondering if you can help me. Do you know of any companies in Russia (ideally Moscow) who can help my co-driver with a sim setup? I have finally convinced him to invest in a decent setup but I cannot find anyone who can deliver and setup in Moscow.

Ideally I want him to use a Fanatec Wheel / Pedal + RS Seat setup with Playstation or PC.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
