Well, most of the team that made GTR2 and GT Legend are now at Slightly Mad Studios, and they are making Project CARS.

So, I guess the free-to-play model of R3E didn't work out as planned then?

Maybe they will start making proper games again.
I would give a lot for a Race07 + its add-ons with R3E's graphics and especially sound engine.

When you work on a couple of projects as long as they have for R3E and DTM and they fail the way they have any "restructuring" done afterwards is a direct result of those failings. No matter how the company tries to spin it.

Yeah I was hoping for that. But, I just think the great sim-racing times are over. No more installing telemetry-mods and stuff. Those games were too well made to fit today's gameproducing climate.
