Simple question about GT5 Steering wheels

I have a Logitech g25.

Are there any options within Gt5 prolougue which enable you to adjust the steering rotation of the steering wheel. Somehow turing the wheel 2 locks to get round a bend in the f1 car or any racing car is VERY UNREALISTIC

Ive heard some people saying you can adjust the saturation???
Where???

On Quick Tune you can adjust the steering angle from 40 (standard value) to 30 (the smaller value aviable) This should be enough. Oh, and dont't forget you need to complete the A Class to unlock "Quick Tune" section
