So, is there anyone who plays this game? I'm quite surprised there hasn't been made a thread on this game as it has recieved more than one award. It is indeed a good game, especially if you're into strategy games.

I've been eying this for a while now. Is it anything like Homeworld? Would you even know what homeworld is? LOL
 
I've never played Homeworld, no. But if you get your hands on a demo of SOASE, definitly give it a good try! 👍
 
I found a demo went through the tutorial and picked it up the next day, awesome game.

BTW for anyone wondering, it is a lot like Homeworld, but with some Age of Empires/SimCity(? I guess) thrown in.

In other news, the second and last expansion pack for the game, "Diplomacy", has been announced a week or so ago. This pack will bring loads of new stuff to the trade aspects and pirates. Betas are expected to be released late fall '09, and the expansion will launch February '10. I can't wait!
 
Anyone here on the Planet still play the game?

The second and final expansion pack "Diplomacy" has been released a while ago now, I got it, and love it! It really adds a whole new dimension to the game. I'm sure Sins 2 will blow away everyone who comes across it when they see it, I can't wait!

Should some of you guys still play it, maybe we can arrange an online MP battle or so sometimes :)
