Site Speed Check

Pretty fast. 👍 (And I’m digging the new design :D – Just make the yellow header a slightly darker color, and you’re set.)

I guess I don't count, being on 1.5mbit DSL...

If you really want to optimize speeds though, you should move away from table designs. Table styles (all the colours and bg images to make your table layout look pretty) need to be reloaded each time a page is loaded. Using div layers are much quicker (and is the 'right' way of going about things :D).

Yeah, it's pretty quick, but I agree with Shannon, if you want to increase load times and decrease bandwidth do it the 'right' way. (:D)

You can only go so far when using a CMS. You have to make a template that complies with the standards and requirements for whatever CMS you may be using. I'm using Mambo, so I had to make a Mambo template (ie., tables :( ).

But thanks guys! I use the 'right' way when making sites not for use with Mambo. 👍

I have 1mb connecton and it was farely fast. Though not incredibly.

N.B When viewing in Mozilla the link to donate to the red cross is half missing off the end of the home page and contact page.
