"Slide" a drift vid by SD

Ok, I worked pretty hard on this one (windows movie maker sucks). It's about 21mb, so it's quality over size. I just couldn't bring myself to lower the quality.:D Anyway, without further ado, here is "Slide"
Right click and save as.;)

Hmmm.. I have no problems with WMM2... well, maybe you are looking for something more... if you do get some other software and tried it/like it... lemme know... will give it a try...

It's ok, but yeah I want more functionality. I want to be able to edit the movie and the music with knife like precision. I think I will use Vegas for my next vid. ;)

Great video man! I prefer more aggressive, fast, rock music for drifting, but with the way you edited it the music worked well. The drifting was really good and I'm glad you didn't show entire laps of you drifting, a lot of people tend to do that in their vids and after a while, it's boring to watch. IMO
Anyway, as I said, great vid. Keep up the good work. 👍 👍

The software named Vegas?? Just vegas??? Have you played around with it already? Is it user friendly?
 
Ethix, if you like fast aggressive rock, then you should check out my vid for the sims adventure 1st stage

Catch, the program is made by Sound Forge (the makers of Acid). It's like a $600 program, so it's not very accessible to most. I have yet to really try it out, but my next vid will be made using Vegas, so we'll just have to wait and see.;)

Yeah Sonic Foundry has a program called Vegas, I just dropped 900 big ones on it because it offered DVD Architech with Dolby 6.1 EX encoding, but video rendering is more than just a hobby for me it's what my career is going to be so why not shell out the money now to secure my future.

But SD, I don't suggest dropping the 600 bucks on Vegas just to nanchalauntly make videos. There are so many more editors out there that offer the precision you want with affordability to boot and not only that, Vegas has a very steep learning curve to master it, I had to take a class just to get into it, but that's just me, you may master Vegas on your own. Any hoo, here's the part where I say:

I already have Vegas, I just haven't started using it yet. My next vid will be produced with Vegas, so we'll see If I can figure it out, or not.

Respekt, Thankyou. I love those two turns, but I like them even better backwards, (more of a challenge). ;)
 
Me been a professional video editer i suggest you try out adobe premiere pro or version 6.0 - 6.5 you might aslo wanna check out adobe after effects 4.0 and vegas. I use them on a daily basis etc.

I'm in to many types of music. Just out of curiosity, what type of music or song, would you have prefered? ;)
 
with regards to music, my personal favourites are those in the musical genre of 'bring me to life', somehow i think that it suits a drifting vid perfectly.

'session' used by thio in R34 style was pretty good as well.

Your drifts look awesome, especially the angle with the red s2000. The last part o the vid would be helpful for my attempt at drifting the S13...good job! :)

Oh, I see. I'm not really into Evanecence, too cheesy for my taste. However, I would like some feadback, on what Band I should use for my next vid.

One vote for fluke.. But not absurd or atom bomb, have them edited into one vid already. :D
