Slow loading and freezes

Hey everybody, just a question everyone has seen a million times I'm sure. Having a lot of issues with the game, and it happens the most with the dealerships and getting new cars. Now there is a scratch on the disk that is very small but other than that it is perfect. Has gotten progressively worse. I also have the issues with the game freezing in online and when it loads sometimes. But those are rare and I expect that with this game. Really the whole car thing is what puzzles me. Anyone know what's going on? And also does anyone else have this problem?

I have already cleared the cache and disconnected from Internet to try it out, same problem. It has made my files corrupt twice.
 
I've had the same problem, I got rid of the game data (where you download the disc [7gb] to the PS3) this seemed to help, now it runs mainly off the disc.. But if you have a good scratch on your disc I probably wouldn't do this? But if you haven't installed the disc to your ps3 you might try that? .. I know this isn't much help I just wanted you to know your not the only one!
 
Appreciate that, I may just delete all that. I actually have all my previous game data on a flash drive but didn't ever use it, may just use it after deleting the game data. I'll wait and see what everyone else thinks though.
