SLR McLaren - Should I install a supercharger?

I just bought a new SLR McLaren and I'm also filthy rich now thanks to the insane amount of money the seasonal events give you. I'm pretty much finished tuning and installing new parts to this car now but I'm still confused whether I should install a supercharger or not. Will a supercharger make this car as good as useless on high-speed tracks like Daytona Speedway or SS Route 7?

I know it increases power at low and mid range RPM but it doesn't mention anything about it reducing power at high RPM so I decided to ask the experts on this forum.

A supercharger will increase available power output... But it will happen at lower RPM than without it.

So the car will be faster than without but will require different gearing to reach the highest top speed possible and different (earlier) shift points.
