Smoother with PS3 firmware 3.70?

Well, at least it seems to be. For me of course. All the time I mentioned some significant slowdowns. Most noticable while driving at night and especially in Rallycross. Monaco felt worst.

But after the update it feels much smoother. Anyone reckoned the same?
