If you would like to volunteer for any roles please post in this thread and your name will be added to the role in question.

Snail is run by it’s members and D2 has many new members who may not realize this, so doing a job on race night makes it better for everyone involved. Volunteer for a role and then if needs be you can do it race night.

Easiest: Texter. Post messages in the lobby to randoms who should be encouraged to join Snail and asked to leave the lobby. It’s a cut and paste thing.

Easy: Replay Uploader. Save and share the replays according to Snail’s format for searching.

Involved: Host, Scorekeeper, Data Specialist.

I can do the last 3, but it’s a lot. I’m hoping someone can host and I’ll continue to do Scores and Data.

Here's what I've learned from last week's racing: We can all see each others settings. 'Triangle' then R1 & L1 to move through the lists. Snail prohibits the use of driving aids, but I can't see anything specifically regarding Brake markers. While TC is prohibited there's a glitch whereby it will show a random value. The lobby settings set everyone to '0', so no problem. Driving Line Assists is different, in that, even if it's prohibited in the lobby and you can't change it once you're in, you can enter with those assists turned on. And, you can't change it. The only work around I came up with is leaving the lobby, entering any off-line race and make the changes. Better yet have them off when you enter.
