Welcome to the SNAIL Division 2 July 2025 thread!!

This is the place to discuss all things Division 2. To begin with, we need duties covered. Volunteering to help cover divisional duties (outlined below) is a great way to help out SNAIL and you also earn $hells performing the duties! What are $hells you ask? Well $hells are the league's currency and can be used in all sorts of cool and exciting ways.

Being it is a new season, time to volunteer for duties.

Upload race replays. Deadline to upload is 8PM EST. Monday (If replays are not uploaded by then, we are subject to lose prizes for that week)

My apologies for taking so long but here's your D2 thread welcome post, glad to have you aboard!

@Jacob35040, @ZoomZoomMf this is our Division 2 thread. Welcome on board and look forward to seeing you on track. We open up a voice chat for our Sunday night races if you'd like to join. Lobby opens at 9 PM EST and races begin at 9:30. Please make sure to have the three required cars and that they have no additional aero, performance parts, or rim size changes. If using a livery created by another user just make sure that all aero and rim selections are set to standard parts as these borrowed styles sometimes come with changes.

Thanks for the fun races last night! C rank is a war zone, last night with you guys was one of the few times I’ve raced with people not trying to wreck me.

Please lmk if I did anything with bad etiquette to you last night. I’m still learning racecraft and trying to be aware of my blind spots in vr, I want to learn from any mistakes so I can consistently race clean
 
@Space_Pirate you're welcome! From what I saw you did just fine. You can watch the replays in the showroom tagged with snail and labeled 20250720d2r1r1 and so on. I encourage everyone to save your own replays and review in order to learn and/or confirm incidents.

In regards to the disconnection event that happened last night in d2r3r1, please see #2 in the link below. Since there was only 3 of us simultaneously disconnected instead of 4, the show must go on. This is such a rare occurrence, I wasn't sure we made the right decision. We did.
