Welcome! Races start at 930 est but the lobby will open at 9 est. Around 8 est a practice lobby will open and will stay open for an hour or so. Also keep an eye out throughout the day for people posting in the main thread that a practice lobby is open.
Try and send as many friend invites as possible so you can just check the box that says join lobbies with friends. Makes it pretty easy to find the lobbies.
