Huge thanks to Nova @llNovall for sharing his tune with me - tuning does matter is what I definitely learned - Driving Novas tune was smooth as butter!!!!!

Look at the data swings and the wide variences of tunes posted prior to the race. I am definitely surprised at the ranges used between top tear divers.

I DROVE your tune exactly as I drove my tunes - all 6 of them - Tire temp not once went over 201 - not once did I lose control due to suspension recoiling or snap over steer.

tuning matters

Thank you

My apologies to the group for the double call on the caution request. I was punted off track and assumed that if I called caution the other party would’ve as well, so I assumed my mic was muted when I made the first request and made the second call out.
Sorry to anyone who slowed up because of it.

@DublDee - Definitely caused confusion - if you watch fhe replay - Sand may have bumped Rad out of position to take third 3 -4 seconds behind T and I. T stopped at the first Call if yellow Then I stop at the second yelllow call - Sand grabbed 3 positions and over 3 seconds gained. T and I were at a stop almost when he flew by us.

Not sure how or if that can be sorted out.

Still a great race

We may need to modify the yellow caution rule to ad ur name to the caution to Say "Dee calls caution" followed by "Nova calls caution"

Sounded like the second call was by Nova.

Regardless a think everyone enjoyed themselves and Nova saved my ass with a great tune of his that was a sweet ride.

Congrats to Sand for that big 3 position over take and the win. And Widow made a killler run on the second race. He deserves it for sure.

Thanks ti everyone for a great rAce night - had a blast

Edit- don't blame urself either - anyone of us may have done the same thing given the circumstances -

Like I said, I thought my mic was muted! Assumed it warranted a caution and that it would’ve been called but it was totally my mistake.
Going forward, you won’t be hearing me call caution, my mic will be silent.

Great race night overall, and plenty more to come.
In regards to the caution, everyone has been reminded numerous times to continue racing until you hear from me or whoever the race director is on race night formally calls that the caution is granted. While Dub did call twice, in no way was there any fault on his end. Drivers should continue until it is confirmed the caution is granted.

Raul,
Insane inter-team battle with you in R1, and another that brewed up in R2. Unfortunately, my R2 went downhill with 4l to go due to a distraction. I am looking into a lock for my basement door..lol. I decided to look at it as if it was a mechanical failure. On to the next one.

I didn’t bump Rad out of position. He slowed up just like you and tee did when we heard caution.

Like I said after the race ended. That’s not the way I wanted the win, but that’s how it played out. I’ve been on the other end of this situation before and I learned that you keep going until Nova says caution.

Another reason I said that when anyone calls caution they should state their name so there won’t be any confusion when a second person calls it too. I wasn’t sure it was the same voice twice, assumed it was but like the rule says, keep on racing until it’s officially declared.
