Post Race Report and Scoring
Event #4 at Fuji Int't Long Course
Fuji delivered again with some great racing. Overall, the racing was close, clean, and intense. Qualifying and fast laps were very close across most of the field with race pace a showing a similar consistency. I had a decent night finishing 6th/2nd across the event. Race was saw exchanges with Duc, Mac, and bublyman, but the big fight was with JDMKing to the finish line. We exchanged positions late in the race for one mistake on my end on the last lap to hand it back and force a chase to the finish line. JDM held on for the 5th spot in R1. Race 2 was off to a quick start and some luck to gain a few spots early. I ended up in a chase on Ant, getting within 3.3 seconds, but never bering able to close the gap enough to be a threat. I had to settle for 2nd in Race 2 to cap off a good night and a high scoring 4th place overall on the night. Overall a great event and continues to be what we strive for
in this series. I'm certain there are plenty of other points to highlight, but take a look at the replays...always worth the watch.
Race broadcasts will eventually be available for viewing, but for now you can view the actual in-game replays through the search tag: snailpsc. Feel free to elaborate on any battle/exchanges you may have shared.
Despite an incident or two, overall it was a great night of racing.
Minimal lag/jittering was present across the field, but was overall manageable.
Now for Scoring: Congratulations to RJC76 / @Noob01_lmdead (#12) on the Overall Win. Great work!!

This is a review and communication sent to Antman and has been placed here for series transparency. I have refrained from making mid season adjustments/corrections up to this point, but I did feel this was necessary to maintain the integrity regarding series driver parity. Please review the communication and applied correction breakdown noted below.
Hi ANt,
After reviewing lap data from the first four events and you maintaining the ability to always find the extra pace for FL/pole, even after 8pp being deducted, I am led to believe you were misjudged at the beginning of the season, and your pace for this last event is where you should have started the series. As such, I am making a mid-season correction to your driver regulation. Please see the breakdown and explanation around the reasoning for this noted below.
1:41.270 - Ant fastest lap of Event #4
Remaining Drivers in field fastest lap on night (across Qualifying or FL's)
Sand - 1:41.785
Raul - 1:41.987
Nova - 1:42.002
Niagara - 1:41.843
Dub - 1:41.846
Mac - 1:41.699
Jdm - 1:42.123
Ridger - 1:42.304
Ducati - 1:42.413
Tee - 1:41.957
Jake - 1:43.063
The goal is to remain within an 0.8 tenth difference from top to bottom over the majority of the field. There will be drivers that fall outside of that due to lack of practice or just not enough skill to best utilize the concessions. As you can see, everyone except for Jake is inside the 0.8 sec range. When the ten times are added together (excluding Jake's time) and then divided by the ten drivers, the avg FL time is 1:41.995. So lets round that to an even 1:42. That marks Jake 0.2 sec out of the range...something that could be achieved with some extra practice. Still on the slow end, but in striking distance.
With all of this noted, Mac had the next fastest time on the night at a 1:42.699. As you can see, 7 drivers are inside of 0.5 sec of that lap on the night. He is classed and given a concession proper to his skillset. We are 4 events in, and his, Tee's, Jake's and other drivers with heavy concessions have not had any movement on their specs and their FL times are always in the competitive pace range.
You started this series at 699.00pp, max concession. You wiped the floor with everyone in FL lap pace at Daytona which was explainable given the speedway nature of the track taking pole and both fast laps. You had 3pp deducted. Then at St Croix, it would be expected that some of your pace would be cut due to the deduction in pp and it being a technical course. Then, you ended up being the only driver to pull out a 2:12, and again, held pole and a FL (just missing out on the other), placing 2nd overall....deduct another 2 points. Then onto the Nurburgring GP, a technical road course. Again, pole, and both fast laps after having 5pp deducted along with your fastest time being 0.4 sec faster than the next fastest time and way out of the avg FL range. You won the event preliminarily, earning another 3pp deduction. Then we went into Fuji on Friday, you now being 8pp deducted. And again, you managed to pull out a pole that was 0.5 faster than the next driver while remianing at the top in race pace and finishing 3rd overall. Had you not made the mistake in R1, you would have won or finished top 3 in R1 and likley taken the event overall, again. After Daytona, and especially after St Croix, with a 5pp deduction, that should have brought you down into the faster to mid pace range of outright fl pace. But for the Nurburgring and then Fuji after an additional deduction, you still ran at the top of the pace.
For me, this is clear evidence that you were afforded far more concession at the start of the season than where you should have been. With that said, the fact that you are now almost into the pace range where you should have been to start the season at 691.00pp (but still faster), I am making a mid season adjustment to your driver regulation. 1pp will be duducted from your Event #4 third place finish to bring you to 690.00pp. Then I have removed 8pp from that regulation to equal 682.00pp. This will be your concession and driver regulation for Event #5.
Here is the breakdown summary:
691.00pp (where your regulation should have been set at start of season)
-9pp for the 2 Preliminary wins (-6pp), 2nd place (-2pp), and 3rd(-1pp)
This brings your driver regulation to 682.00pp going into Event #5.
You will now be racing on RH tires with a slight HP advantage.
At this 682pp regulation, this should pull approx 0.8-1.0 sec out of your fastest lap pace which would have had you in the 1:42.2-1:43.0 range at Fuji (the pace where you should have been after the many pp deductions from 691). All your current scores, standings, and awards remain intact. Please adjust your cars specs accordingly.
I hope you accept this as a challenge and a way to counter the dominance in pace at the first half of the season. After 9pp being removed, you should have been at a point where you are barely holding on to stay in the pace range and being competitive.....this is the point of the success penalties, to curb podium drivers pace/performance to force more challenge onto them. Up to this point, you have not dropped off after 4 events despite 9pp being removed. That is the reasoning behind this adjustment.
Please know, this was heavily considered as I hate making mid-season adjustments, but this will not be open to negotiation and is necessary to get you to the pace you should be at after the successful and dominant start to the season.
As a note, Ant was accepting of this adjustment and has taken this on as his next challenge to improve his overall ace and racecraft.
Series main Spotters Guide and Driver Profile page has been updated in order of driver standings with award tags and overall podium placement acknowledgements.>>>Driver Profile Page and Spotters Guide Link
For any drivers that care to participate in displaying their Driver Standing for next event, please see the spoiler tab below for details. Please verify your current driver standing on the scoresheet provided, or by the driver profile page linked in this post. Please be sure to update your livery prior to each event. If in doubt, simply remove the numbers before the event. See the Spoiler tab below:
Driver Standings Recognition
Drivers will be encouraged, not required, to display their current driver standing going into each event after Event #1, though there will be a few rules and requirements.
Drivers who are interested in diplaying their current standing, should collect the following green digital numbers 0-9.
After scoring is finalized and Post Race report issued, drivers will be cleared to edit their driver standing on their number board along with any award tags. Drivers should apply their Standing on both side's boards and be sure their number is in line with their actual standing in the Championship.
Should look like this:
Rules and requirements:
To maintain accuracy and integrity to this recognition, drivers who choose to add their standing to their car will be required to submit an updated profile picture before each event with their scrutineering tuning sheet. Submissions will be reviewed post event just as I do for the driver regulations.
If a driver forgets to submit the car picture with a standing displayed or has the wrong standing placement displayed , it will result in a 5 point penalty against the overall event score. This has to be in place to ensure that those who want to display their standing, maintains the attention and accuracy for it to be credible.
If choosing to display, be sure your edited livery is correct, accurate, and saved prior to each event. If unsure or not interested in displaying your standing, simply leave it blank or just apply double zeros.
The profile pictures will not be used for the Driver profile page, only for scrutineering to maintain the integrity of this recognition.
Again, this is optional, but if done correctly, it will be a great way to know who is where in the standings as the season unfolds.
(Light yellow shaded boxed scores are not eligible as drop scores as a result of issued penalties)
Below is the PP Regulation changes after Event #3. Drivers with changes noted, please adjust and tune accordingly. Race Lobby PP Max Regulation for Event #3 remains set to 699.00 PP
(PP adjustments are based off of raw preliminary results, before the issuance of any penalties)
(Please be sure to set Max PP correctly, as noted above, for practice lobbies to allow those drivers with concessions to enter)
Next Event (#5) Driver Regulations is noted in the far right column.

Great racing everyone. Looking forward to our next event. We already have 18 drivers confirmed for Event #4. Top 12 in points are guaranteed their grid spots upon confirmation of attendance, and the rest will Pre-qualify for the remaining 4 spots.
Be sure to confirm your attendance to secure priority. See you guys for some practice over the coming weeks.
Thank you @llNovall - I appreciate the adjustment and the new Challenges ahead of me for the Cup series and welcome the adjustments.
I have worked quite hard every series race to improve. This new adjustment may be more than I can handle but it sure won't stop me from trying.
Joining your cup series was never about winning (although It is everyones end goal to get that podium) for me it has always been about seeing how well this old man could compete with this amazing group of drivers.
Huge thanks to everyone for allowing me.to participate.
I look forward to every lap and the struggle to improve enough to compete at this new adjusted PP.

Event #5 Race Details October 10th, 2025, 9pm est
Kyoto DP, Y+M Twighlight, S09,
Humid and Sunny with
Lots of Clouds
14 Laps
Below are the details for Event #5 at Kyoto DP, Y+M on Friday, October 10th, 2025. Drivers are encouraged and reminded to confirm their attendance status as soon as possible to secure their spot on the grid for race night. Please see the updated Confimation and grid priority rules in the Spoiler tab below.
For the first event of this series, the top 12 drivers to confirm attending are guaranteed their grid spots for Event #1. Every event thereafter, the top 12 drivers in overall points standing will be afforded grid priority and first right of refusal for the next event. They simply need to confirm at any point up to 8pm est on the Thursday before our Friday race night to claim their grid priority. Drivers in the top 12 in standings that cannot make an event and confirm absent will forfiet their grid spot(s) to the next confirmed driver(s) in the order of their overall season standings.
For the final four grid spots:
-If we have only 4 drivers confirmed/available by 8pm est on the Friday race night, those four drivers will simply procede to the race room at 9pm est to fill out the grid and the race night will proceed as normal.
-If we have more than 4 drivers confirmed/available by 8pm est on the Friday race night, those drivers will be required to run a formal Pre-Qualification session to establish the final 4 spots and remaining reserve priority for that night's event. (If confirmed drivers in this group choose to rescind their confirmation rather than attempt to qualify for the final 4 spots, and only 4 drivers remain, those 4 remaining drivers can procede to the race room at 9pm est as no run-off is then necessary).
-If the Pre-Qualification session does proceed and the final 4 drivers are established, any driver(s) that were present, posted a time for the Pre-Qualification session prior to an Event, and does not earn a spot on the main grid will earn an equivalent to last place concession award of +2pp toward their next event driver regulation. For those at the +20pp regulation, no more concession will be afforded.
If the Pre-Qualification is Necessary:
-@Noob01_lmdead / PSN ID: RJC76 will be our dedicated Pre-Qualifying room host with @Bologna_Duc / PSN ID: DucatiRobb as our back-up host for this session. Be sure to have both of them on your PSN friends list to have access to their room. They will not be on track during this session (unless they are outside the top 12 in standings and are part of the run-off group)
-Pre-Qualification Lobby will be openened at 8:30pm est on our scheduled race night. Lobby settings will be set to the same as the main race lobby, except for the change to 10 minutes for the Pre-qualifying session. All confirmed Drivers (or last minute available drivers) will have 10 minutes to enter the room and forward their spec sheets to my PSN ID or to the series PSN group chat.
-Pre Qualifying will start promptly at 8:40pm est for a 10 minute qualifying session. (Again, if only 4 drivers are present at 8:40pm est, this session can be cancelled and those 4 drivers can procede to the main race room at 9pm est)
-The host will collect a screenshot of the qualifying results to be sent to the series group chat, and the top 4 (or more if needed to cover for very late last minute drops) will be directed to procede to the main race room when it opens at 9pm est.
-This Pre-Qualification room will then be closed, and all drivers that made the grid are to procede to the main race room when it opens at 9pm est.
-The main race lobby/room will then procede in it's current format of 15 min warmup/sending specs, 15 min Race 1 qualifying session, and then the 30 min race 1. Drivers that race the pre-qualification are expected to send their spec sheet again once the main race room is entered.
I will be hosting practice sessions in the afternoons periodically over the next week between 4pm-5pm est, and am sure there will be other rooms open during the evening prime-time. Get those laps in and be ready.

Below is the link for the 2nd Post in the thread with the most updated driver regulations. Those highlighted in yellow either need to run an initial TT, or run a follow up TT to get the regulations confirmed. Drivers Roster and Regulations
Please see below for the rules if not completed before race night:
At the time of this post, we currently have 18 drivers confirmed for event #5 with only 12 of them guaranteed a grid spot based on their overall series standing. All remaining drivers who are confirmed or confirm before Friday at 8pm est on race night will be asked to run in the pre-qualifying room at 8:30pm est on race night. The top 4 times (or more if needed to cover any last minute drops after the pre-qualifying session) will move on to the main race event room.
Please be sure to confirm your entry if wanting to compete.
Early practices have made for some fun racing. Difficult to follow closely at this track particularly in sector 1. The opening lap will be especially treacherous. The grass immediately after the curbs and the proximity of the walls means mistakes are penalized harshly for the driver and anyone alongside or immediately behind. Small errors provide overtake opportunities given all the corners.
Right front tire wear will be a factor depending on your tune. Some tracks have given favor to the RM cars. This is not that track. The two examples I’ve seen so far are nearly 50% wear at half distance and ~95% at full distance.
Thoughts from everyone on dropping Autopolis in November and taking Event #6 to Laguna Seca. Then, for Event #7 we go to Watkins Glen in December?....then roll back up to Canada (new track) for Event #8 in January, and end at the finale at Road Atlanta for February.
Yas Marina will be held for our next series.
Select the Fire emoji if in favor, and the poo emoji if you want to keep schedule as it sits.
Hey folks, from the south of France. Was really excited yesterday to read about the December update. Circuit Gille Villeneuve will be so much fun to have in the game.
That being said, my vote is to keep the scheduled as it is. Simply because there’s a few tracks to come that I haven’t had the pleasure of racing in with this series yet.
I say when @llNovall puts together the 2026 series, he does us Canucks a solid by incorporating it into the North American leg of the series.
That’s my vote but easily will adapt to however we decide.
I share with you a pic where I visited St.Malo last week up in Normandy. Jacque Cartier left St.Malo when he discovered Canada in 1534. His tomb and a monument in town honor him.
We purchased 43 acres of timber. We are in the process of finalizing phase 1 of a 3 acre pond / house / shop build.
Phase 2 will extend the pond to 6 acres when my daughter and son in law build there home.

Grid Business
Good afternoon to everyone who will be attending tonight's 5th event of the season at the Kyoto DP, Y+M track layout. We have 16 drivers confirmed for this event. All drivers showing confirmed on the chart below are currently guaranteed a grid spot for tonight as long as no additional drivers confirm before 8pm est. In the even we get any last minute confirmations before 8pm est, a Pre-Qualification Room will be needed. If not, no pre-qualifying will be needed and everyone confirmed can proceed to the race room at 9pm est.
ALL drivers on the main race room grid should submit their spec sheets to my PSN: NOVA-0479 between the time that the room opens at 9pm est and the start of qualifying at 9:15pm est. (Drivers that were in the Pre-Qualifying session should submit these spec sheets again to the group psn or my psn before qualifying begins at 9:15pm est)
I'd ask all drivers to make sure they are running a wired connection in any way possible and to clear their network cache before entering the race room to avoid any issues. It seems the online lobbies run based on the slowest running system and/or internet speed in the room....basically throttles everyone down which appears to cause the instability we have experienced in the past. Let's try to head off any of these issues and optimize everything on our own ends that we can to help. For those with faster internet service speeds (over 200mbps+), it seems there are less issues with stability. For those on slower internet speeds or forced to run wirelessly, their network appears to be affected more when other in the household are online and pulling from the service speed. See this link to optimize your network priority for the gaming, and try to reduce internet usage (if possible) elsewhere in the house when racing.
Gran Turismo 7, it seems, follows in the fine traditions of GT Sport, GT6, GT5, and even GT5P in being a bit sensitive to network environments. A connection that's fine one day (or hour) might be ropey the next, and while there's a lot of things that might be out of your control, the best way to...
www.gtplanet.net
Get them final practice laps in, and be ready for tonight.
Reminder to all drivers:
The first twelve confirmed drivers are holding 1 of 12 guaranteed grid spots, and we have 22 drivers on the PS5 roster, 16 for tonight. Please notify me as soon as reasonably possible if you are unable to make the event. The latest acceptable notice without any recourse is 9:10pm est. If any confirmed drivers drop out last minute, the next fastest driver from pre-qualifying will be invited to the race room.
Drivers Briefing
A few reminders for Kyoto Dp, Y+M:
1.) Be mindful in the opening laps. Be patient, and avoid contact/incident at all cost. Incidents that result in an issued caution, in the opening 2 laps, will come under automatic review for any possible infractions and penalized as necessary. Please be patient, brake earlier, and respect your opponent driver's space/line...they are not brakes or guard rails.
2.) Tight Sections and Chicanes: There is no written rule for these sections, but I'd ask all drivers to exercise caution and good judgement through these sections. Know when you have lost the position when approaching these section, and be considerate enough to back out to avoid the risk of incidents. This series will continue to induce some very close quarters racing, and one slow up, or mistake could result in yourself, both, or many drivers losing position....don't be that guy. If both drivers are dead on, side by side, proceed with caution, and hold your lines. Just be warned that attempting to go side by side in these sections cleanly will slow both of you down and almost guarantee a loss of position(s) from other attacking drivers. BE CAREFUL and AVOID CONTACT.
3.) See this Event Details Link and review for driver specs, race details, and allowable track boundaries for Kyoto.
Final Reminders:
-Please be sure that everyone is on a wired connection to their PS5 (in any way possible)
-Clear cache before entering the race room Lets try to do the best we can to reduce the jitters within the lobby.
Any drivers that are noted or noticed to create continuous issues will be asked to retire for the event.
Just finished rebuilding Tee’s brake pedal. Broken spring!! Good news is I’m pretty good at replacing them already….done a few!
Anyway we are locked and loaded and ready to go! See you all out there!
I’m not feeling good but will try attempt atleast race1, I’m embarrassed how far off pace I am, it’s track dependent with this car if I’m
Competitive or just out for a cruise lol.

Welcome to the inaugural season of SNAIL's Porsche Cayman Mobile 1 SuperCup using a higher horsepower version of the Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport to create a Porsche Cup version of this car, similar in nature and form to the Porsche GT3 Cup racecars.
A list of required modifications and livery requirements have been made available and can be found in Section 3 of this post.
Race Events will be once a month on Friday nights, 9pm est.
Start building your car, and if interested in joining, please post here in the thread.
To Sign Up, Due to the inconsistent and unstable nature of open lobbies with cross platform use, this series will give preference towards PS5 users. PS4 Users will be allowed to sign up and must be approved for network stability to compete, but will only be accepted in a Reserve Driver role. Drivers who sign up outside of the North American region will also have their connection stability assessed among the remainder of the attending roster during test and practice sessions leading up to the season's start. At any time if room stability is compromised, that driver(s) will be asked to leave the event, or possibly the series if the issues cannot be resolved. I am determined to continue our run of piloting stable and smooth running series on this GT7 title. All cooperation will be appreciated. Please have a glance through the first post, and if interested sign up as follows:

3.) Run the Time Trial noted in the "Time Trial Instructions" tab noted below
Time Trial Instructions: Any drivers that do not submit a TT before the start of the season, will default at the base 679.00pp or their equivalent handicap for event #1. Lap times will then be used to assess for an adjustment for the next event.
Also, if a driver that has not run the TT posts a fast lap more than 1 second faster than the next fastest lap posted in the same race, that driver will be assessed a 15 point penalty for that race. (This would apply to the second race as well if a break out occurs due to no TT data). Please get your TT done and submit to my PSN ID: NOVA-0479 before the start of the season or a driver's first race of participation
1.) Upgrade and Spec your Car as noted in Tab 3.1 of the 1st Post.
2.) Tune your car to your liking, use an offered tune noted or a tune from the provided link in Tab 3.3 of the 1st Post, or feel free to run the car in it's default tune.
3.) Open an Online Lobby using the Lobby settings noted in the Pictures below. Please be sure all settings are correct and exactly as shown.

4.) For the initial Time Trial, please run the Time Trial with your car spec'd at or under the base 679.00pp regulation.
Run approximately 10-15 laps or until consistency is established. Screenshot your lap history along with your timing display box showing fastest lap and optimal lap and a screenshot of your spec sheet used for the TT. Then send those to me via psn message (NOVA-0479). I will review the data, and if changes to your PP regulation is needed, I will return an adjusted PP regulation for you to retest. Run time trial again and re-submit updated data as noted above. Drivers that fall in the median 0.7 second window of each other will establish the average pace and will make up the median pace window. They will not be required to test further. Any outliers, hi or low, will be adjusted and will require additional time trial data to establish better parity. Please make your best efforts to give the time trial your best attempt but most consistent attempt. This will ensure we get the best parity to start the season that we can. Feel free to start running now.
4.) Render your Livery to the series requirements noted in Section 3.2 (Or feel free to request a livery to be rendered)
For PS4 Users ONLY: Please coordinate a time with NOVA-0479 or join a lobby with our other series drivers, and run a few races. If I am in the room on a coordinated time, I will review, real time, and take a replay to verify stability. If you are in a room with other drivers and I am not present, please ask one of those drivers to capture and share a replay of at least one of the testing/practice races and to message me with a search tag for review.

The Party Chat feature will opened after the Race Room with the following Rules:
1.) It is required that drivers enter the Open party chat to help in the flow of communication to start the night and communicate Caution requests/issuing and directives during the Caution.
2.) Open Conversation is allowed at the opening of the Race Room to the official start of Qualifying, approximately 9:15pm est. ALL MICs MUST BE MUTED AT THIS TIME, thru Qualifying, and Race (Host will remind all drivers to please mute mics before the call to start qualifying)
3.) During the race, Drivers may only come on the mic to verbally request a Caution/Yellow Flag, and for the Caution to be issued by the Race Director and directives related to the Caution.
4.) Once the race finish countdown is complete, drivers may resume un-muted conversation up to the call to mute mics before the next race.
Be reminded that no discussions regarding on track incidents are to be discussed, except obviously, if it is simply an apology and no more. Please review the penalty guidelines for more detail on this policy.
And Lastly,
Please don't be that guy who has their mic on the whole race (If your headphones do not have a mute feature, simply leave the party chat before the Qualifying Session begins**
Hopefully this will add to the overall quality of these Events.

***Any ties in points will be broken first by highest finish placement over the 2 races, and then by fastest Race laps of the event if still tied.
-All drivers will time trial at a pre-determined "679.00 PP" value maximum
-Drivers will have a corrected regulation returned to them, and then will be asked to run a verification Time Trial. Final adjustments will made from there to start the season. (If a second time trial is not submitted the week before our 1st race date, the Race Director will apply a PP handicap/concession based on the initial time trial results)
-All Drivers must adhere to and maintain the set weight regulation for this car
-Changes to driver PP regulations will be adjusted after each event based on each driver's Preliminary Overall finishing placement prior to any penalty points issued and will be noted at the bottom of the Drivers List Post.
-"PP" value adjustments will be issued after each event for Podium (top 3) finishers and drivers finishing outside the Top 12 Overall to further dial in the parity of the field as the season progresses.
See below:
-Success Weight Ballast System after each event:
-3pp = 1st Place Overall
-2pp = 2nd Place Overall
-1pp = 3rd Place Overall
No change = 4th-12th Place Overall
+1pp = 13th-14th Place Overall
+2pp = 15th-16th Place Overall
-Values will be added/subtracted from the driver regulations after each event.
-Post event PP success adjustments will based on a driver's preliminary overall positionbefore any penalties are issued.
-HP is the only value able to manipulate PP up or down.
-Corrected spec must fall on or under the specified regulation for each driver.
-Drivers will be asked to edit their livery for any class changes, up or down, and re-submit an updated profile picture as soon as possible for the spotters guide and driver profile page.
For the first event of this series, the top 12 drivers to confirm attending are guarunteed their grid spots for Event #1.
Race Night CONFIRMATION, ABSENTEE REPORTING, and PARTICIPATION POLICY
Driver "Race Night" confirmation policy
-An Events Details Post with ALL drivers tagged will be posted in the main thread.
All Drivers, may "Early" confirm their attendance or availability at any time after the most recent Event to establish their priority and grid spot for the next event.
-All drivers tagged are asked to confirm that they "will" or "will not" be racing by 8pm est Thursday (day before race night) to guarantee the scheduled race.
-A minimum of 12 drivers confirmed to attend will be required to guarantee the race night.
(if minimum is not reached, event will be postponed 1 week. If minimum is still not established for the make up date, the event will be cancelled and we will move onto the next venue)
Race Night Participation Policy
Any drivers that confirm their attendance for Race night are holding a grid spot and committing to a full night of racing. For this series format to function the way it was intended, participation to the end of race night is extremely important. Therefore, any driver who leaves prior to the conclusion of race night will receive points only for the race completed, and a -5 Point penalty will be assessed against that driver's season standing.
-If unable to attend due to a change of circumstances or plans, please notify me as soon as reasonably possible if you are unable to make the event. *The latest acceptable notice without any recourse is 9:00pm est. *
Exceptions:
(If you disconnect during a race, please return to the room and wait out the remainder of that race. This will satisfy the above participation policy.)
[Life does dish out Emergency situations. If this occurs, please exit the race and post the message: "Emergency Exit Needed" before leaving the room.]
Please remember that a grid spot was held for you to race when you confirmed attendance which placed other drivers on the waiting list. Let's be sure that the grid spots we are holding are being used up for the night.
Thanks Fellas.
ALL Drivers attending a race night event will be required to submit their performance spec sheet (via screenshot) to either:
1.) My PSN: NOVA-0479 (if choosing discretion), or
2.) The series PSN group chat (if open to allowing others to view your tune)
This MUST be done between the time that the room is opened (9pm est) to the start of Qualifying (9:15pm est)
-If Race 1 is missed, and the driver is attending Race, he must submit before the start of Race 2.
-These will be reviewed post event.
-Failure to meet your specific regulations or submit spec sheets will result in a 10 point penalty assessed against your total score for the event.
It should look like the attached picture, and must be done prior to every event. View attachment 1244687 Spec sheet must show:
-Weight: MUST remain at purchase weight of car minus drop after engine swap: 2822lbs
-PP Spec specified for each driver - do not exceed
-Transmission type being used: "Normal"
-Aero Settings set at 175 (f)/275 (r)
-Modification list on the far right
(All drivers should send 2 screenshots for scrutineering displaying their entire spec pages)
Race Hard tires (unless noted otherwise for driver specified regulations)
Reminder:HP is the only way that PP can be manipulated to achieve a driver's PP maximum. Weight MUST remain at purchase weight minus weight drop after engine swap- NO BALLAST (NOTE: when the MDYA-911 engine swap is installed, the car weight will drop to 2822lbs. This is the spec weight for the series)
Again, these will be reviewed after each event. Please don't forget.
Race Team Details
-Race teams may be comprised of at least 2 or up to 4 drivers total.
-ALL teams must create a team name and either source a pre-rendered decal or create one. (If not familiar with how to create or upload a decal, message me...I am glad to help create any decals as needed.)
-All drivers included in a team must have their car marked on 3 sides of the race car (front, left, right) and a "driver" side profile of the updated car livery over the white background submitted to be eligible for team scoring. (Any driver's cars missing the decals or who have not submitted an updated profile picture with the team name shown will not have their points count toward a team's score for that event(s))
-Only the overall scores of the 2 top scoring drivers for each event will count toward that event's team score.
- (1) Drop score for the season (lowest team score of the season)
Team Creation and Announcement
Drivers may solicit to form a team in the thread or via pm.
Teams may be announced as soon as at least 2 drivers are agreed and confirmed for a team, and MUST be announced formally on the thread once formed.
Drivers may be added to already created 2+ Driver teams up to a maximum of 4 drivers
Drivers must submit their edited livery reflecting the team name on their car to be eligible for that team's points.

4.) Caution Procedures
Yellow Flag/Cautions Process
Since this series will be a (2) 30 minute race format, we will be instituting a "Called Caution/Yellow Flag" feature to regroup the field in the event of an incident. (1 Caution available for each Race)
The following processes and rules will apply:
1.) ALL Drivers must enter and remain in the 16 driver party chat whether they have a Mic or not. (Chat audio will come through your monitor/tv for those without a headset.)
2.) Mics must be muted at all times, Except:
a.) When a driver verbally requests a caution/yellow flag, or
b.) When the Host/Race Director grants and calls the "Full Course Caution", or directions during Caution (Green this lap, etc)
NO OTHER VERBAL CONVERSATION IS ALLOWED DURING THE RACE
3.) Drivers should continue racing until the Host/Race Director verbally calls out: "Full Course Caution"
4.) Single Car accidents or "off-tracks" are not permitted to request a Caution at any time. (This can be cause for distraction and will be met with a penalty assessed post race)
5.) At least (2) Drivers of any size incident must request a Caution for it to be issued.
6.) ALL drivers must slow to 65-70 mph, single file, and avoid any contact with other cars.
7.) A maximum of (1) Cautions/Yellow Flags per Race will be afforded. (If there are incidents after a caution was granted, we will stay Green Flag.)
8.) NO PIT STOP. This is a regrouping caution only.
9.) The Caution period will be the remainder of the lap if the incident occurs early in the lap and the field can be quickly re-grouped, or one additional lap if necessary. Race Director will decide and instruct when the field is to return to Green, or whether an additional lap is necessary.
10.) NO Cautions will be granted for any incidents that occur in the final 2 laps of any race.
11.) Cautions called and Granted in the Opening 2 laps will be issued, leaving none left for the remainder of the race. In this situation, the incident will automatically initiate a review with penalties being issued to the driver(s) that created the incident. PLEASE TAKE CAUTION IN THE OPENING LAPS AND AVOID INCIDENT IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE
How to Call for a Caution:
(At least (2) Drivers of any size incident must request a Caution for it to be issued.)
1.) Verbally over Mic, say: "Caution Requested, by (your name)"
OR:
if No Mic, text in the chat box: "cr" or "Caution"
(If no response from the Host/Race Director within 10 seconds, request again)
2.) Host/Race Director will respond:
"Full Course Caution" when acknowledged.
(Drivers should continue to race until the Caution is acknowledged and issued)
Play by Play Process during a "Full Course Caution"
Once "Full Course Caution" is called:
1.) The Overall race leader becomes our pace car and is to gently slow to 65-70 mph, with all drivers catching up and slowing to the 65-70 mph pace speed, single file and in the position they were in when the Caution was issued
2.) Overall Race Leader is to pace the field for the remainder of the lap when the Caution was issued and/or 1 complete lap if necessary.
3.) All drivers are expected to be grouped up before the final corner. If not grouped prior to final corner, the Race Director will instruct an additional Caution Lap.
4.) Once the field is grouped up and the Race Director is satisfied, he will announce "Track going green on my Call"
5.) All drivers are to maintain position and pace speed until the Race Director calls " Green flag, go, go, go"
6.) The Race Director will call the start at any point from the exit of the final corner up to the finish line for long straight away start/finish lines, or on the longest straight following the start/finish line.
7.) Drivers are not to try and jump the start. Any Driver that causes contact or overlaps the car in front of them in any way prior to the green flag being called will recieve a 5 point penalty assessed to their overall point total for the night. Wait for the Green flag call.
8.) Drivers may begin racing as soon as "Green Flag" is stated by the Race Director.
5.) Penalty Reporting and Information Hub

Driver Win Record
Acknowledgments
Alright fellas,
This idea was sprung from @Chris Kelley and I was totally onboard with the idea. We will be acknowledging single race wins, overall event wins, and Championship with decaling on our cars. See the notes below:
All decals will be applied on the driver side quarter window, or if no room, on the rear glass down the drivers side next to the C-pillar.
Each single race win will be acknowledged by applying a Checkered flag. If a driver wins both races, he will apply 2 of these checkered flags, facing opposite directions with the posts crossing each other. View attachment 1398392
For an overall event win, the driver will apply a track map silhouette in white below the right facing flag. (If 2 flags are present, facing opposite, the track decal will be placed below the flag on the right) View attachment 1398391
Simply search the track name.
For the overall Championship, I will be rendering a Championship tag to be placed on your car, and whatever car being chosen for later seasons.
Drivers will be tagged and noted as to what to add after each event in the post race and scoring report after final scoring is completed and posted.
I will keep the driver profile page and Spotters Guide up to date with
the earned award tags. This will be a fun way to note and display a driver's accolades throughout the season.
Driver Standings Recognition
Drivers will be encouraged, not required, to display their current driver standing going into each event after Event #1, though there will be a few rules and requirements.
Driver who are interested in diplayed their current standing, should collect the following green digital numbers 0-9. View attachment 1398393
After scoring is finalized and Post Race report issued, drivers will be cleared to edit their driver standing on their number board along with any award tags. Drivers should apply their Standing on both side's boards and be sure their number is in line with their actual standing in the Championship.
Should look like this: View attachment 1398394
