All drivers, Event #6 has been rescheduled for this Monday, 11/10/25 at 9pm est.

I will open the room as early as 8:30pm est. If we can get all confirmed drivers in the room and scrutineering complete by 9pm, I would like to try and kick off qualifying at 9pm. If everyone confirmed is not in the room, we will revert to our normal 9:15pm est qualifying start time. I will do my best to keep the breaks short and keep the room rolling to finish as early as possible.

Please re-confirm for this event as soon as possible.

Yeah, not gonna lie, a little disappointed with the lower attendance and interest for this event and the last two at only 13 drivers. Also, even for this event this past Friday we were only sitting at 13. I thought for sure the fall into winter was going to be the stronger grids, especially with the North American tracks finishing things off.
Right now, we are sitting at 9 drivers, 10 if Raul can make it. I'm hoping it is just a result of everyone being busy and bad timing.
I'm kind of stuck. Part of me wants to run no matter what tonight since we had the required numbers on Friday, but the other part of me is inclined to enforce the 12 driver minimum rule. Usually, if we do not have numbers on the originally scheduled date, I will set a postponement date. If that date does not yield the minimum, the event gets skipped.
I will post shortly what my plan is for tonight.
 
I understand your disappointment and I even share it. It's always more fun to have a full pack.

For my part, if it can help your decision, I’ll be totally fine if your giving yourself as much chance as possible to have people by putting it off until next Friday. But this date will be definitive, no matter how many of us will be.
 
If this event gets cancelled, can we vote on who we think would be the top 3 so that those drivers get dinged for PP ?

Can’t let them go to Watkins Glen with all that HP.

Final Postponement for Event #6
New Date
November 21st, 2025, 9pm est
Event #6​

Due to the fact that we had the numbers for this past Friday (albeit, barely), I attempted to push the event to tonight, as I have plans this Friday and the numbers for availability for tonight or this Friday were very close. However, we are now only sitting at 9 drivers confirmed for tonight, only 10 if Raul was able to make it. Therefore, I have decided to do a final postponement for Event #6. The date for Event #6 has been moved to Friday, 11/21/2025 at 9pm est. All following event dates have been pushed back to accomodate this delay. I we cannot get the minumum of 12 drivers required to run event #6 on 11/21, we will move onto Event #7, skipping this event entirely.

Sorry to everyone who has made themselves available and adjusted their schedules accordingly. I would like to remind everyone, that we consume a Friday night out of each month. I know life gets in the way, but with the fading numbers and the apparent drop in interest, it makes it hard to want to use a Friday away from friends and family to host a low attending race event. I will be evaluating our attendance over the last 4 events (this does not apply to our 12-13 regulars...you all do make it worth running, but a Friday is a tall ask of you and myself that I want to be worth using for racing).

I will be starting our Gr3 V8 Supercar Series thread within the next month. I will need a minimum of 22 drivers on the roster to go live. If that means a break before we go live, I would prefer a strong interest and large grid in place of limping through the series with low attendance. To be continued on that subject. Hopefully we can get back to the larger grids we have been known for.

Yeah this really sucks and seems unfair for the ones that could race on the original night or tonight.

Count us out, we have prior commitments for the 21st.

Are the people that confirmed for Friday and then today automatically in for the 21st? Seems really unfair for those that were available and were guaranteed a spot but now may have to qualify and possibly not race while those that couldn’t make it just go right back to their safe spot?
